The Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona dedicates part of their values to identifying and responding to the particular needs of a wide variety of audiences. In 2012, we planned and designed a more inclusive signage and digital information system for the museum.

Eventually, due to the significant increase of French-speaking visitors, we were commissioned to analyse the experience of new users, through collaborative workshops, in order to incorporate a new signage system adapted to their specific needs and to the museum’s new technological resources.
