La Violeta, a performing arts center in Altafulla, Tarragona opened its doors this summer to revitalise and decentralise the first-rate cultural offer of music, theatre, and dance, while at the same time promoting local talent.

The identity is based on the arch structure of La Violeta’s century-old building and the architecture of the new auditorium. This gesture gives life and movement to the logo, turning it into a flexible brand that can allude to many of the traditional activities that take place on their premises.

The brand is flexible, accessible to all people, easy to perceive, understand and remember, and meant to represent the colourful connection of culture on all media formats.

The graphic identity allows the identification, differentiation and promotion of a wide umbrella of activities, programs and entities, while preserving the image of Violeta as a motor focused on promoting and connecting cultures.
