The Sagrada Familia is a world heritage site. The Nativity facade and the crypt are the work of Antoni Gaudí. In 2016, it was the second most visited church in Europe after St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, the most visited tourist place in Catalonia and the third most visited in Spain. In 2015, 4 million people visited it.
The analysis of the surveys carried out on 450 visitors, several photographic tours and our registration of the itinerary flow completed a plan of improvement actions to respond to the needs of the users and the organization.
“The Avanti Studio team has great experience in this type of projects. They act with speed and precision and provide original and innovative solutions that improve in the course of execution, always fluently with the client.”
Daniel Giralt-Miracle, Content director of The Basilica of the Sagrada Família.
